Weekends and After 5pm Weekdays: $112.50 for the first half hour, $112.50/hour after that

Holidays: $150 for the first half hour, $150/hour after that

How we strive to keep our rates low

We base our rates on a number of market forces. We want to be competitive within our field, and to provide above average service for a better price than the "Big Service" companies in our area.

To achieve this, we strive to stock our trucks based on the needs of our customers, rather than catering to specific manufacturers as the "Big Service" companies do.

For instance, rather than stock our trucks based on what a particular manufacturer dictates we will carry, we familiarize ourselves with our customers equipment, it's age, repeat problems etc.. This allows us to keep our rates down because we don't have thousands of dollars worth of parts, sitting on a shelf for years at a time, waiting for something to break, as is normal for most of the "Big Service" companies to have.

What this means to the customer is that as we do business over a period of time we get to know YOUR needs. NOT the needs or dictates of a factory hundreds of miles away, unfamiliar with the people and market in our area. Over time, that dreaded phrase "I'll have to order it" becomes less and less necessary, because we KNOW what the history of each unit is.

We understand fully that YOU have control over who you call to service your equipment, and we never loose sight that customer satisfaction is job #1.
